We started in 1959 with a small group of mobile home parks in Orange County, California. In 1999 we entered into the self-storage business and now have self-storage facilities in both Arizona and California. We have served and continue to serve thousands of satisfied customers. That makes us large enough to offer personalized customer service, as we have been doing for 46 years.
A company is only as good as its employees, and we attribute much of our success over the years to the integrity and loyalty of our terrific staff, many of whom have been with us for up to 15 years.
